to the website of Southport Model Railway Society

We are a small club in the seaside town of Southport in Merseyside UK, sometimes spelled L_a_n_c_a_s_h_i_r_e.

We are a social club, which means we enjoy a wide range of activities, only some of which involve railway modelling. See
here for a description of some of the less disreputable ones.

Every year we hold an exhibition, which this year will be at
GREENBANK HIGH SCHOOL. For more details, see our exhibition page.

We are very fortunate in having our own premises, which members can use at any time.

We are always looking for new members, so if you are local and interested please get in touch. You can send us an email
here. There is no obligation to join right away.

Likewise if you are visiting the area please pay us a call
here on any Tuesday or Friday evening.
