Recent activities

Richard, Tony and Derek recently attended the combined Llanfair Garden Railway show and Welshpool and Llanfair Light Railway gala. After (allegedly) spending excessive amounts at the show it was a relief to sit back and be gently chauffeured through the Borders countryside behind one or other of the railway's steam locos. Always a good end to the summer, although one could be forgiven this year for hoping it was the beginning.
