At the risk of sounding a touch pretentious, just occasionally we encounter a person of character and standing whom we are pleased to acknowledge as a friend of SMRS.
One such is John Parkinson, a resident of Blaenau Ffestiniog. And if that were not punishment enough, he has exhibited his scenic creations numerous times at our exhibitions.
He has also written a book, available from all good bookshops, which we here define as those that sell such books. Google the title to reveal a fair few.
