Welcome to SMRS !

 

We are a model railway club in the UK seaside town of Southport, in Merseyside, sometimes spelled

L-a-n-c-a-s-h-i-r-e.

We are a social club, which means we enjoy a wide range of activities, only some of which involve railway modelling.

Construction

 

We build exhibition layouts and  in-house tracks for members' use

We occupy a unique building - an early stationmaster's house.
